Vegetarian Vegetable Soup

I'M BECOMING A SOUP NUT!!

I never realized how easy it is to make soups. Now, I'm making and planning soups every other day.

Most of the recipes I've found have started with a simple garlic and onions, add veggies and stock. Change-o presto!

This is a simple Vegetable soup I made with everything left over in the fridge. It's nutrition and delicious. I also made the vegetable stock from my juicer pulp and froze a ton of it.

Happy Holidays!

A Simple, Delicious Cabbage Soup for The Winter

I DID IT!

I promised to make another soup from scratch, so I had this

It's as big as a pumpkin - (Pumpkin Cabbage)

So, I looked around the net for a simple soup recipe. Often, I have a hard time following recipes. I just look for the basic timing and such. This one was very easy, and I also saved a Cabbage & Onion recipe for later.

This soup came out amazing. I've had 3 bowls already and put a few containers in the freezer for the coming frosty days.

mmm. So good! What should I try next, something Thanksgiving or Fall inspired? Let me know in the comments.

Every year, I threaten to make some Fall/Winter soups. This year, I finally got down to it. Here's my 1st salvo: a simple sweet potato soup. It was delicious with a nice bite on the back end.

Here's how it started. Want a recipe? Hit me in the comments.

Up next: Cabbage (I have one the size of a pumpkin sitting in the fridge. Check back in a few days.
