Making The Perfect Smoothie

Hello there, It's now May of 2020. We are going through the Coronavirus lockdown (on day 53), and I'm going a little stir crazy BUT I have been doing a lot of cooking and eating. I'm still on my "flexitarian" lifestyle - Juicing, eating more veggies, smoothies, and fresh fruit than meat - and wanted to share a few photos with you.


Breakfast: pasta salad with greens and a smoothie


Pigeon peas, Quinoa, squash and cornbread

Rotini noodles with homemade marinara and spinach

Sweet potato fries

Yams, wild rice, mixed vegt and cornbread
